Built from the Ground Up

CyNet Solutions’ foundation was laid long before I touched my first enterprise server. My career began in the grease and grit of automotive and industrial shops, where I learned that troubleshooting isn’t just a skill—it’s a mindset. In the world of heavy machinery, you can’t just “reset” a broken engine; you have to understand the logic of the entire system to find the root cause. When the 2008 recession hit, I took that mechanical precision and applied it to IT, trading wrenches for routers.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve navigated the high-stakes world of enterprise networking, moving from a school district intern to a network technician in record time, and ultimately serving as an IT Manager for a manufacturing firm. That transition was seamless because the principles remained the same: diagnosing complex systems, maintaining uptime, and solving the “impossible” problems that stop production in its tracks.

The push to turn this expertise into a business came from my wife, the true spark and drive behind CyNet. She challenged me to build something for our family rather than just for the corporate world. To make that dream a reality, my brother-in-law—my wife’s twin and other half—joined forces with me two years ago. Together, we are building CyNet Solutions on a legacy of hard work, family trust, and a diagnostic approach that ensures no technical challenge goes unresolved.
